yoho! I'll go ahead and slide this here! (currently unfinished -- wip) Name Embre Koishi Nickname(s) Em Gender Male Age 20 Appearance Standing at 6'3” tall, Em has pasty, lightly freckled skin. He sports short, fine, black hair, currently dyed with shades of forest green, which is messily placed on his head. He has a square face, a hooked nose, and very thin lips. His distrustful dark brown eyes are angular and he has neat eyebrows. He has wide shoulders, strong arms, a muscular torso with a narrow waist, and long legs. He has pierced his tongue and both ears. He often wears clean, old fashioned clothes that are mostly vividly-coloured and slightly too big. He also wears a silver amulet. Personality Em is a less-approachable fellow than others, he’s a bit over-critical and brash. He’s timid, resilient and non-rebellious. He seems to always follow the rules. He always finds himself responsible for others, and reprimands them a bit more than needed. He’s quick to judge others, and uses that as a base judgement for them. Disciplines Em mostly works in cross country, but does a bit of everything. Horse(s) Em owns a 11 y/o gelding, OCF Keep Your Cool 'Loki' and a 4 y/o mare, OCF Harbinger 'Lark'. Name: Amara Woods Nickname(s): Ara Gender: Female Age: 19 Appearance Ara stands about 5'4 as she is a small person for her age, her hair rests on her lower back in light blonde waves, her hair isn't curly but slightly curled up at the ends but it isn't drastic. Aras eyes pierce out in a grey/blue mix, she mostly wears matching sets (her favorite colors are matte brown, dark red, and bright yellow), in casual clothes she wears jeans, crop tops or tube tops and mostly white vans or boots. Personality Ara is a bubbly person, kind and also not very approachable even though she is nice she isn't a very social person and keeps to herself and her horses. She is shy when someone talks to her and usually excuses herself pretty quickly. Discipline Amara is an elite show jumper and sometimes sprinkles in dressage with her other side horse. A loud beeping startled Em awake. He snapped up in his bed, slapping his hand over the device next to his head. With a soft 'ding!', the alarm cut off. Embre groaned, running his hands over his face. It was far too early to get up, but he had a train and a flight to catch. Reluctantly, the tall person swung his legs over the side of his bed and planted his feet firmly on the ground. He pushed himself up and yawned, stretching his arms over his head. He scooped up his phone and checked the time. 6 am. "Not bad.. Could've gotten up earlier." He muttered, tossing the device onto the bed. Em made his way over to his dresser and got ready for the day. Once ready, Embre practically flew down the stairs. By the time he was showered and dressed, it was nearing 7:30. The train would come at 8, so he needed to hurry. He grabbed his bag, an apple, and his coat. It was a short walk to the station. Embre had made it just as the train was arriving. He stepped into the lesser-crowded cars and found a seat. Not many people were up this early, surprisingly. Embre sat alone, staring down at his phone as the train's last call was announced. After a few seconds, the train doors closed. The train rumbled across the tracks. The ride would last a bit over an hour, possibly more due to stops along the way. Halfway there, Em grew bored. He opened his email and typed in a certain name. 'Amara Woods'. He typed out a quick email, just going over what he was doing and him complaining about how boring the train ride was. Embre changed a few things in the email before sending it and turning off his phone with a sigh. Em had fallen asleep at some point during the ride, but managed to wake himself as the train screeched to a stop. He grabbed his things and stood, stooping his head under the train door. He took a quick glance around the place before heading off to find the airport. |

The morning sun had woken her hours ago, she was sitting at her table with a hot cup of coffee in her hand. Even though it burned her hand she wasn't going to put it down, she sighed and eventually got up to start the day. - Walking up the stairs and slipped through her door into the bedroom, her dog Marble sat on the comforter her ears pricked at Ara. After struggling into her tight riding clothes she skipped down the stairs and into her truck, soon she arrived to the stables and was welcomed by some very excited horses - She set to work on the aisle, lazily sweeping the dirt outside the entrance. Ara finished, layed the broom on the wall to get something else done. She checked her watch and shook her head, she was going to miss the rider meeting. She sat down in her seat and the trainers talked about what they were focusing on. - After the meeting she stood, her trainer Sam told her to be ready in 10 minutes for jumping practice. Leading out her stallion De and clipped him to the cross ties, Ara picked up her grooming kit and set to work on his coat. - After grooming him she layed their matching set for that day, matte brown with the shiney black jumping saddle. Getting the bit in his mouth was a struggle, with the 10 minutes she had Ara always seemed to spend most of that time fighting with him to accept the metro price. She sighed once he stopped fighting her and slipped it in. - Swinging her leg over the saddle, she checked her stirrups by swinging her leg up above the saddle and laying her leg gently on his neck. Soon she finished adjusting and gathered her reins, she had 2 minutes to get to the arena behind the stable. |
