Appearance: Messy black hair that falls over his eyes (he uses it to kinda hide behind), golden amber eyes, Very tall (5'10''), very tan skin since he lives out in the streets, lots of scars but the most obvious is one down his left eye, Very slim and light (About 160 pounds since food is a bit scarce and he works all day but gets paid almost nothing), Although he's slim he's still muscular (more refined than bulky), gives off an air of power and/or menace, has a low voice that is quiet and scratchy, he wears tattered and thin clothes which are covered in mud, blood, and who knows what else, his clothes are worn as well because he is of a very low class so he wears pretty much the same thing all the time

Personality: Very mistrusting because of his backstory, would generally rather be alone than with humans, he comes across as cold/rude/uncaring, he's very blunt and a bit crude, he's very stubborn and an extremely good fighter, when fighting he just jumps in without thinking, very hot-headed with a bad temper, tries not to get too attached to anyone, but once he forms a relationship he is very loyal and protective, he has no qualms about killing anyone/anything

Weaknesses: Hot-headedness (he often gets hurt or in trouble because of it), he's very untrusting so he doesn't like to accept help, he gets flashbacks (mostly from his father, who he doesn't get along with) from his past which affects him greatly in a very negative way

Strengths: Hunting, fighting, very skilled in sneaking around, knows the streets and forests nearby well so he's great at hiding, very quick and agile, very strong

Other: He lives in the woods and streets and moves from place to place - he has no home other than the wild. His weapon is a small dagger he has with him at all times that he made himself.

Sage wasn't really sure where he was going, only that he knew he wasn't going back to the little shack he and his father lived in. His father was drunk, and he knew better than to go near the man while he was in that state. Granted, that meant he was almost never near him, but he was more than fine with that. In fact, if he never saw the man again that would be wonderful. He knew why his father hated him so much....children took the rank of the mother, so his father was of a higher ranking status than Sage was. He didn't like it, but his father thought of him more as a slave than a son, and the scars on Sage's skin showed that. Of course, most people assumed he was just reckless, and he was, but not all of his scars came from his wacky adventures. Either way, as he jogged through the trees quietly, he felt himself gradually calming down the farther into the woods he got. He slipped down towards the lake he commonly stayed near, sitting down with an exhausted huff of air once he got there. His father drank often, and that took money...money their family didn't have. Sage worked his ass of, day and many nights, but even he could only make so much. The tavern he worked at was for lower class citizens...and the jobs he did only paid so much. He did what he could, even to the point of working nights in rooms, but it was never enough for his old man. He sighed slightly and stood up to walk around a bit. He'd never sleep, not as wound up as he was, even if he was tired. So, he just...walked. It didn't matter to where, he just needed to get those thoughts out of his head.

Claudia rolled her eyes, "Yeah, I know mom, Im coming. Geez." she snapped. She quickly got her shoes on and sped down the stairs, seeing her mother waiting, her arms crossed. Claudia had the 'option' to have a family dinner, with her mom, dad, and three brothers, Mathew, Jax, and Jasper. In her opinion they were the most annoying family...in the history of families, they always bossed her around, told her what to do, without even thanking her! She was practically a slave in her own home. The 'option' wasn't really an option, she had to eat dinner with her family every night before she did anything...fun. The dinners were always awkwardly silent, her father had been accused of seeing another woman a week before...they weren't really talking to him anymore, so that's one reason she hated dinners. Another reason, her brothers always made unnecessary noises, and her mother told them to shut up...well she didn't exactly say that but you get the gist. Sometimes Claudia just wished to have some time alone, out of the loud house...and she id just that. She grabbed her coat, gave a slight glare to her mom who looked a bit shocked, headed outside, and slammed the door behind her. Claudia groaned as she walked for the forest, maybe this walk would finally clean her mind...she doubted it would though.

Sage continued to wander for a while before starting to make a loop around and head back the way he'd come from. He had to work the next morning, so he really did need to get some rest. He'd walked a long way, so he should go back to the lake. Being late for work wouldn't help matters, as the tavern owner really didn't like him, and only gave him the job because no one else was willing to work there. Sage didn't like anything about his job, but that was the only place he could find work, so he did what he could there. It wasn't much, and he had to resort to stealing all the time, but it was better than nothing for sure. He decided to take the longer route back to the lake ...through the middle of the forest rather than straight down the path to the lake. He was getting tired by then, but he wanted to be tired enough to fall asleep once he got to the lake. If he was tired enough, he'd sleep deeper, which meant less nightmares. It also meant the chances of him getting jumped and killed were higher, but he found he'd never particularly cared if that happened. After all, he'd be asleep, and dying in his sleep sounded pretty darn good compared to all the other ways it could happen. Namely, all the ways his father could wind up killing him. He walked along for a while, and stopped when he heard a noise through the trees. It sounded like something large moving about, and he decided to investigate after a moment. He could be plenty quiet, so if it was an animal he'd leave it alone. If it was a person, he wanted to get information about it...would they hurt him? Or would they be competition? He hunted when he had time....but there weren't many prey animals in these woods, not so close to the village. He wouldn't mind having a good fight, he supposed. But either way, he should check it out. If it was a deer, maybe he could kill it and get a decent meal for once. He almost wasn't sure what to hope for.

Claudia groaned when she looked around her, she cursed under her breath, how had she managed to get lost?! Maybe she had been thinking and got distracted, where was she? Well, she knew she was pretty far away from her house...that she didn't mind, 'Well Claudia, this is what you wanted right? I mean to get away from your family.' she thought. Claudia had never really been out in the forest at night, it was calm... peaceful. She sighed and went over to a tree, propping herself up against it, she didn't think her family would miss her, no, they wouldn't. They barely even knew she existed, well they would once nobody was there to clean up their rooms for them, make breakfast, or do their laundry. Claudia wondered if she could stay out here, in the forest for the entire night without them noticing...she bet she could, but the chances of an animal coming were pretty high. I mean...she was in a forest, of course, there would be an animal, there were animals all around her! Claudia froze when she heard something approaching, "Who there?" she shouted, looking around her. Her hands went to her pockets where they both clasped around two daggers she had gotten for her 12th birthday, they weren't something you would give to a 12-year-old...but again her family was fucked up. Claudia glared into the darkness, "I asked, whos there?! Show yourself.".

Sage heard a girl's voice come through the trees, and huffed out a breath. So that's who was there. Just another dumb person who'd gone too far into the woods and had gotten lost. He stepped around some trees and up near to the girl where she could see him. She had weapons, but clearly wasn't overly skilled with them, so he crossed his arms, confident in his own abilities to defend himself against this girl if it came to it. "Don't get yourself all up in a tangle," he snorted. "There's not much to be afraid of in here. All the animals have gone up north." He cocked his head slightly, looking the girl up and down. She didn't appear to be mistreated or malnourished...no, this girl had a home somewhere. She really was no threat to him at all. He leaned against a tree, fighting a yawn, since this was a stranger. And, well, he couldn't trust anyone he knew, so why should he trust someone he didn't know? Though, the girl hadn't made a move to attack or anything, so he wasn't overly worried.

Claudia sneered when she saw the boy, who was about her age. But she relaxed her grip on her weapons, she sighed, "Who are you? Why are you out in the woods? You're not some kind of monster hunter are you? Well, if you are then you aren't finding anyone here." she lied, she herself was a vampire. Claudia studied the boy closely as he leaned against a tree across from her, what was he doing out here? Her parents didn't let her really...socialize with others, they were worried that she would tell a human child, or even an adult that she herself was a vampire ad she had a whole family of them living in the forest...OF COURSE, SHE WOULDN'T!! Claudia wasn't a little girl anymore, she had a bit of sense, gosh. She tapped her foot waiting impatiently on an answer from the boy, her hands still clasping the daggers.
