Well angled joints and near perfectly conformed for the breed standards, as well as for dressage. Temprament: Headstrong forward thinking horse. Very high energy and has trouble paying attention to the handler, however, he is obedient to the aids. Can get dangerous around mares in heat, however he is inqusitive yet polite with other horses. He is quite playful and can often be seen galloping around the paddock. Movement: Very floaty movement and surprisingly balanced for his age. He has quite high knee and hock action and dishes well in his trot, gently bobbing his head. Training: Dressage (In Hand Basics) ━─━────༺☫༻────━─━ Brief History of Their Life: Van was bred at a KWPN stud in the Netherlands and stayed at his dam's side in pasture until he turned 1yo, when he was gently weaned and turned out with the other yearling colts, including his half brother Leo. Van was handled daily by the stable hands and was gradually taught to lead, halt, stand still while being tied up, and pick up his feet when asked to and was slowly introduced to hard feed, water, and being stabled, as well teaching him to trailer load. - When Van turned two, him and his brother Leo were bought by (x character) and imported into Great Britain to live at her stables and begin their training as a dressage horse. Thin mane and tail and has small ears that are always either pricked or swivelling at a noise. She has very long cannon bones but bears her weight quite nicely with them and can collect as well as any other horse. She has a highly set neck, but still correct for the breed. Temprament: Highly sensitive and nervous horse. Spooks easily and flinches if you move too quickly. Can get wound up very easily if ridden or handled incorrectly and is highly responsive to cues, even if you didn't mean to give them. Requires an experienced rider with a stable and independent seat. Daydreamer is distrustful of new people and face up to someone and snort like a dragon is someone unfarmiliar tries to handle her. Requires a farmiliar, confident and gentle hand to guide her through movements under saddle and in hand. Movement: Slightly sharp movement with bucket loads of suspension in the trot and a very uphill canter. She has a slightly short walk and has difficulty overtracking in the extended walk. When working under the saddle, Dream's ears go floppy and bounce around in the trot and canter. She likes to lift her tail when working, but doesn't swish it. She lifts her legs very high in the trot, and throws her front legs out in front of herself at the canter. Temprament: Level headed but still very alert interested in the world around him. Leo is incredibly brave and has never spooked and turns to face things that concern him. He is a big sook and works willingly but also enjoys his time out in the paddock. He is a very sweet horse and will come up to you in the yard, and ask for cuddles and treats. Movement: Floaty and strong with high knee and hock action with very nice dishing in the trot and lovely sef carriage. Despite her excitablilty, Lily is a very sweet mare and just doen't know how big and powerful she is. She really loves cuddles in the yard and in the paddock but just gets so wound up and excited when being led or ridden. Lily isn't the biggest fan of other horses and has been known to kick out and lunge at other horses when being ridden in a group. She can't stand still or walk calmly, she is always fidgeting around and jig-jogging/prancing while being led or ridden at the walk. Lily is highly sensitive and still listens and responds to the handler/rider, even when she is excited. Movement: Oozing presence, Lily has very energetic and high-stepping gaits. She naturally holds her head very high and has difficulty stretching down in a longer frame and tends to just stick her head back up. Her movement is not necessarily floaty, but very big and difficult to sit.
