Also, for the Dressage, Show Jumping and Cross Country classes. Maybe they could be individual classes like we've done before. Or maybe they're scores could be combined for event riders? We could do both. |

It would be easy enough to combine results for all three disciplines and make it into a 3-day eventing competition to make it easier and more inclusive. If you wanted to write about a simpler show you don't have to go with a big one like the Old Mill or Havenshire shows, you could either say that you're hosting one of your own or you could just do 3-day eventing with no other classes, or even just one of the three disciplines. They can either be held at the arenas I've set up or at Tredon Mawr, or at any other place. I think I remember writing that Old Mill Farm holds a weekly cross country competition, it could be the same for show jumping at Pengelli Manor or dressage at Carreg Las. It could also be more a showing competition for breeds or colours or with a new year coming up it could be a mare and foal competition, maybe add a class for stallions too. Anyway, whatever you decide just let us know if you want entries from our stables and we can sort some out for you. No need to wait until everyone is ready to write about the same show. |

Oh yes!! Why didn't I think of this!! I was going through my riders last time I was on and working out in my mind which could be in what class. I do have a fair few event type of riders (not all of them will be in the story) Maybe I'll do a 3 day eventing competition!! Thanks Ebol Wen!! I'm wondering whether it should take place at Tredon Mawr, or could be at Old Mill Farm. I'll have a think and update you properly on that. Well I was going to start the story a few days before the show, so wouldn't be ready to write about the actual day for a bit. Like while I'm writing the build up, maybe we could sort out horses and riders for each class. So then when the day comes we'll be ready! |

Are you both ok? Not heard much from you the last few days. With my stables/Riders/Story I'm feel like I've got as far as I can. I don't really have many more ideas for the story. It almost feels like the riders have outgrown it now. Like I began the story when they were all young and now a lot of them are in there 30's and have there own families and things so there's not much more to write about. I'm wondering whether to change things around abit. Though not sure how much. I like Tredon Mawr, so don't really want to change it if I can help it. I think its just the riders I might replace them all with new characters. Not sure whether to keep Tristan though, but if I change Emily and Holly then I might have to change Tristan as well. What do you think? |

Hi, I'm so sorry but I haven't had much time for HEE these last few days. I've just been logging on to get my daily reward and then off again. Hopefully I'll have a bit more time next week.
I still need to catch up on your latest blogs Tredon, I'm looking forward to them.
It will be a shame to lose Tristan and his family and some of the other characters too. What about moving it on a little and writing about the children of your current riders and bringing in some new ones?
Will you still be writing about the show? Again I'm sorry that I haven't had a chance to create a list for the show yet. I will do it today if you're still going to write about it.

Yes I know what you mean Ebol Wen. I wasn't really sure about changing them but a lot of the riders were over 30 I just didn't know what to say about them. It a good idea to use there children. I really don't know what to do. I'll have to see. As for the show, I don't know about continuing I'll have to sort the riders first. Or maybe I could move the stables on like 5 or 10 years so Tristans family would still be there and a lot of the riders maybe retired but there children would be old enough to work there. I think that may be the way forward. |
