Welcome to our FOTY 183
(Foal of The Year) Contest!

The fillies and colts have been vetted, fawned over, and pastured.
Now is the time for the rest of us to choose our favorite!
The Rules:
1. All entries must be in before November 1st 4 p.m. HEE time and then a voting page will be set up to choose the winner. The voting poll will end at noon HEE time on November 11th. Winners will then be announced & prizes sent. (in case of a tie a random generator will be used)
2. Entries should start with some type of description (example 'This is my favorite foal of year 183 because...")
3. Foals must be living and owned by you the whole time of the contest.
4. You must be the breeder of the foal entered.
5. Please provide the horses name and a link in the description
6. No Manips of any kind permitted.
We want to judge your foal based on it's looks, it's strengths, whatever it is that made you pick this one as your favorite!
