yeah, it's an Australian thing. sorta looks like black/brown butter, but tastes sort of...weird, but good. according to google it tastes a bit like soy source or beer. I quite like it, especially on toast with butter and cheese. most people from other countries don't like it, but that's probably because they eat it straight (yuck)
