Welcome to my little corner of the internet. You can call me Athena. I’m a retired horse girl (by force, not by choice-thanks, life) who now spends her time making digital art, poking at CSS code until it behaves, and working toward a BFA in Graphic Design. People who try to guess my age usually land somewhere between 16 and 33, so honestly, even I’m not sure anymore.

I’ve got a deep love for football, a serious addiction to Takis and Mexican food, and a growing army of plushies who silently judge my life choices from the shelf. When I’m not glued to a screen, I’m multitasking as a doughnut decorator/waitress/cook/bartender at a tiny mom-and-pop shop that somehow hasn’t caught fire yet (we consider that a win).

I am very happy. I have never captured a WWW till today.

I have no idea if anyone follows this or not(if so drop a comment with what you want to know).

I lost my kitty Coco right after Thanksgiving. He was hit by a car on an icy road. He was my little buddy.

I found him at around 2 months old, feral as could be. He actually bit my finger so hard I had to help him unhook his teeth and I thought he hit the bone. He did not. I also dropped him and ended up chasing him out of the house with a broom because I couldnt not get close enough to carry him out. Yes, I brought a feral kitty inside my house because why not. It was honestly a comical sight. Even looking back I can't help but smile.

For 2 weeks, he hung around the back door with my other kitties and I did my best to befriend him. It didn't take too long before one day I walked right up to him and carried him inside. And since that moment he wouldnt leave my side.

He'd wait at the door for me to wake up and let him in, or to come home from work so he could lay on my chest while I did school. And he was an angel when it came to bathtime. He'd let out a few cries but mostly he'd just stand there drenched in water giving me the death stare. He'd always make a dash when we were done to curl up in front of my heater and after h was half dry, he'd always come up to me, looking apoligetic and curl up on my shoulder to nap.

I found him the middle of August 2024 and for 2 whole months he was the bestest friend I could ever ask for.

I couldn't bring myself to move him to my deceased pets till now. I keep waiting for him to come back but I know he never will.
