You could always send her back to The Unanswerable, if you do though I would use a scope glass which I believe would be within your budget after his breeding fee. https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=20054648
There is also Pervasive, though with him there is the chance of a lethal white foal. He is however, very balanced like her so you could have a fantastic foal if you're willing to take the 75% chance of getting a living foal. https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=20643082
If you're willing to look outside the PON breed for a short boy I would recommend Meliodas, he's 15.1 hands and also very balanced in his training, though he only has a few straws left for next month so I would decide quickly. https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=20585691

I would send her back to Catch Hell, they match each other perfectly, her intelligence makes up for his weakness in the characteristic and he has strong heart and strength to make up for her weaknesses. You likely just had bad RF the first time they were bred together to get that P in jumping. https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=19151731
If you can save up a bit more for next month I would send her to Ignite, his straws are a little more expensive at 400k and unfortunately they are sold out for next month.

I would send her to Vertigo, he's got pretty strong movement, intelligence, heart, and scope all of which she needs. He's also #43 on the ABLB and she's done so well with non-ABLB studs it'll be exciting to see what she can produce with a stud on it. https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=18116439

A very nice challenge indeed, so I have a few options for you.
For the PON stud with To I have two possible mares.
First off is this mare, she's got a To and a Z gene and a decent rating, PPS. This would leave you with a 75% chance of To and a 50% chance of Z with a solid shot at a P rating.

Second I found this PEE mare with homozygous silver but no tobiano genes, giving you a 100% chance of getting silver and a 50% chance of tobiano and higher chances of a P rating. https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=19091863
I also have two options for your studs with silver, since the SH isn't gene tested and both his sire and dam carried it he might be homozygous in silver, which would give him the advantage over the ISH boy with these mares genetically in addition to having an advantage with ratings.
Both mares have PEP ratings and are homozygous tobiano with no silver. With the SH stud this gives you either a 50% or 100% chance of a silver gene depending on his genetics and a 100% chance of a tobiano gene from the mare with good chances for a P rating from both of them. With the ISH stud you definitely have a 50% chance of a silver gene and 100% chance of a tobiano gene with a slightly lower chance at a P rating since he's SSS.
