Does a rider age on the first of a month like the horses do or do they age depending on when they were hired? I'm sorting through riders for the month right now and I have one that is 64. If he's going to age and retire in the middle of the month I'd rather just cut him now (before I enter feds), but if they age on he first like horses I'd like to keep him since he's got plenty of experience.
