I've got the same issue re stallion rating. Although it's been rating fine all day and only broken in the last little while so not sure if it's related to the mobile update

Was wondering if there's any image hosting site that works for users trying to upload a banner on their phone. User in question has limited PC access and doesn't have many options.

So far, Photobucket, Deviantart and Postimage have all been duds.

Let me know!
