I am utterly confused with the LB. I'm not quite sure how they work, but once I thought I did. Then I got a mare up on the LB who doesn't breed anywhere as good as some of my other mares (And is still on there) but she got up on the LB anyways.
Here is said mare: https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=11072242
-------------------------------------------------------
Here are my better breeding mares: (None have been on a leaderboard) https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=9895384 (Breed two PEE foals, one SEE and multiple PPP.)
https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=11367452 (Got plenty of E's in the Cross Country Discipline and none lower then P rating. Bred good in Show Jumping too)
https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=12504435 (Has bred three times and got E rating in the foals on Cross Country ALL three times)
So with that, I am guessing getting on the leaderboards has more to it then breeding good rated foals. But I just can't understand what. Can someone please help? And thanks in advance! Edited at May 9, 2017 08:19 PM by River Breeze Stables

I believe, (someone correct me if I'm wrong) a mares LB position is based 75% on their strength and 25% on their foal production.

Okay, so it's not all about the foals. What exactly is their strength? I mean that overall, because I have no idea what it actually refers to.

Each horse is born with a set amount of points (Unseen to us) which is based on pedigree and RF and that determines how strong they are.

Okay, that kinda makes sense. So the stronger the horse the better chance you have of having that horse on the leaderboard?
