Sounds similar to my mare. Just gotta keep a close eye. I leased out one of my favorite mares for breeding. She foaled and died a month later. I was devastated. Really loathe colic
She may have. I had a mare that would get gas colic. She'd just get lethargic and go off feed and water. No serious rolling, but she'd lie down and just stay there.
No rolling, kicking, biting, or anything like that. She's just tired acting. Gums/eye mucosa are nicely colored. Honestly, I'm wondering if she didn't get heat exhaustion
She did it when I was touching her right stomach flank. Unsure if she's being guardy from pain or just guardy since she doesn't feel good since that's where one of her old surgery sites is at
Hello! I have heared that you can make pastures for dead horses, that you want to remember, but would someone pelase tell me how to do that? Thank you! Have a nice day!
After you bought a pasture there is a button down on the page named "Memorial". Then you'll see an option to "Build Memorial Garden"
When you convert your pasture there is no turning back, you won't be able to use it for alive horses or grow hay anymore. However, the deceased horses you put in will never be removed from the game and remembered forever ;)
The most important thing to remember about memorial gardens is that any horse which doesn't have living offspring at the time of its passing will disappear from the game forever and can't be put into one. So you can keep your mares and stallions and any geldings which had foals that are still around, but any horses you gelded as yearlings won't be eligible.
