Could somebody please explain how the Freshman Leaderboard works? There are horses with lesser rated offspring ranking higher than some with higher ranked offspring. What determines how a stallion ranks as a freshman?

Freshman LB works the same as the rest of the stud LBs, 75% is the strength of the horse and 25% is the strength of the foals.
