To be fair, I do have 60+ level 9 riders, so that creates a huge chunk of that bill. My horses make me about 3 mil in profit a week, so it's worth it!

It says you bred the foal when you go to its page, that's probably how it happened. Did you use her brood?

You bred the foal, meaning you used a brood to her. That bypasses the minimum rating.
