Barn manager strategy

Barn manager question, I have hundreds of horses and do most of the showing myself but my manager does 200 and usually finds a few that were not green to enter that then do well. Does anybody switch their barn manager around? Have the BM do two hundred horses M/T/W and then a second group of two hundred on Thur/Fri/Sat? The following week have the BM do yet another couple barns etc? Seems like it would be a way to get the BM to manage 400 horses a week instead of just 200. Thought?
