For this you need to breed a foal after the quest was set, and you breed a foal by going to breeding centre then selecting two horses from your stables. To breed a horse not from your stables you find the horse you want your horse to be bred to then choose your horse for it to be bred to. Anymore questions please gamemail me. Also I have breeding quests too lol

The foal has to be born after you get the quest. Unless you have parents in your stable that can produce that sort of foal you'll likely spend more money than you'll get from the quest.
The best way to earn money is to show. Load your barns with cheap single-E geldings and don't capture, buy tack or hair dye or breed for at least a couple months. Send all your horses with no P or E ratings to the free range (you'll get $1000 for each horse over the age of 1) and expect to train your geldings for about 4-5 weeks before you show them. In the meantime, you will get $3100 a day from the game and by the end of the month you should have around $75,000 left from that. Start showing your horses then and you will be making money. It's a long-term game, not a quick, easy game. But it's really satisfying when you see your horses making money.

I think anything that has SSS or SubSubSub as the only rated horses in the pedigree should be gelded for show if male or sent to the Free Range at age 2 if female for $1000. Unless you are breeding great stock and getting PEE or EEE or above, you won't get much for a foal.
