You can also buy horses and release them for ebs, up to 100 every month, but they have to be 2+ years old and you only get 1000 ebs per horse so make sure you buy them for less than 1k

I just bought https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=20925706 off of an acution and went to pull straws, but noticed that I can't. I know that there is a 30 straw limit, but his page says that he's at 27

I suspect he has had his limit drawn for this RO. You should be able to go to his report page and see where those 27 straws are.
