Your account needs to be over 24 hours old I think, and I don't remember there being anything else that needs to be done before you chat, BUT it is highly suggested that you read the rules (if you haven't already) to make sure that you know what is and isn't allowed <3 also if you need any help with anything, feel free to message me whenever <3 |
