That is not what that means. When you are entering shows and one is green then yes. BUT, if you are on your barn page and see horses with green numbers, that means that the assigned rider is training at a higher level than the horse. (which is a good thing) If the number is red, that means the horse is a higher level then the rider. (which is bad, and a new rider needs to be assigned). If it is just plain black, that means both horse and rider are on the same level.
