I have 5 water ballooons but cannot send them. I can go on the Event and Games tag and there is no way to send the balloons. |

You have to go to the stable pages of other stables to throw them at that specific person |

Where on the page is it? I have checked around 20/30 different stables an im not getting any options at all for this Was sure i was doing it wrong
