What is the most popular and unpopular breed here? I dislike doing popular breeds, hence why I usually stick to unpopular ones.

I don't know about most popular, but least popular is probably either KNN or RID, since they're the most difficult/costly to breed for ratings.

Thank you for the information! That's very useful.

Currently the most popular appears to be X with the least popular breed being the RID or KNN. I dont believe TB or WB gets a lot of attention right now either but they'd have to be somewhere in between. The only reason I think ISH and SH are popular are because they are probably the easiest to breed. AA seem to be pretty popular as well closely followed by PON.

Yeah, I'd say SH is pretty popular, considering a lot of people end up with SH in their barns and they're not really sure how lmao I wouldn't say PON is all that popular. It's definitely been gaining traction lately, but we still only have one or two PON studs on the ABLB and only a handful of WWWs in the game. A lot of players who start getting into PON drop off into SH. The least popular is definitely RID or KNN, they're quite difficult to breed. Edited at April 4, 2021 04:25 PM by Mediterranean

When I joined, It was all ISH and SH. Now, It's all X. Quite a bit of TB too. PON are quite rare, but it's really the RID and KNN that are rare.

Last popular may be TBs i think lol

While what above stables said is true for AD, in SD there are some very successful PONs and RIDs on the LBs followed by WB and TB and not so many X or AAs so it really depends on where you look. Though I'd agree that ISH and SH have less prestige than X or TB or WB because there are so many (I)SH around and rather inexpensive.

What do you mean by prestige? Who determines that? It seems to me that some people on here consider themselves to be "influencers" and try to get other people to think as they do. Surely "popularity" should be determined purely by the number of horses of each breed in the game.

What? Not really sure what you mean but we're correlating strength of the breed with popularity, assuming that the most popular breeds are the strongest. It's probably not an accurate way of deciding popularity it's just easier than trying to figure out which breed has the most horses in the game. As mentioned above, this only applies to AD ratings breeders though. It's really too difficult to truly say which breed is most popular. Edited at April 6, 2021 04:15 AM by Mediterranean
