I just made a post in the sale forum but used the font "symbol". I had a stable message me telling me it looked like it was in a different language and she could not read it. I switch the font back to "Arial" and she said that it was back in english. I, unfortunately, did not think to ask for a screenshot, so I'm just basing this on her word.

I know there's a font that becomes a bunch of symbols (on certain devices) and they cannot read it. Is it that? . And which font did you use originally?

I originally used Symbol. I guess if that font is funky I know not to use it anymore. It looks pretty from my end but I guess to others it looks weird
