I recently bought this horse- https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=39098696 -and she's not showing up in the dropdown for my round pen or explore. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?

I believe they have to be 2 years old before they show up

Yes at two years old you can test for explore skill. Well a foal sticks around it's mum, so I think it is realistic.
