I bought a banner and avatar from Scarlett Breeze Farm. The avatar works fine, but I keep getting this error when I try to load the banner:

There is an error in the file. Either regenerate the file, or use a different program to save the file.

How would I regenerate the file?

Never mind I figured out how to save it to .png and it worked....
