Im trying to figure out how to get water splashes and reflections in water.
If you know how please help me LOL. The struggle is real. >.< |

For water relections just duplicate the horse layers, flip them, and lower the opacity to your liking. |

For splashes, depending on the program, you can usually find brushes or brush sets online.
Here I just searched 'splash brush' on dA --> https://www.deviantart.com/popular-all-time/?q=splash+brush
Unfortunately I can't help how to import the brush to your program, but I'm sure you can google that, too. :) |
