Showing horses. The game guide suggest using geldings and putting them into single disciplines. You can try that :) I would suggest ginding lvl 3 geldings with single W (or E) ratings. One of many ideas and strategies though

I think tier 2 and 50k is a good place for you. :)

Maybe bump up to 65k for more intensive pieces.
