Hi there!
I've been having problems marrying my wing photos to my main bodies.
Here's a few examples

Wings are just thrown on another layer behind the body

I smudged the base of the wings to cover up the obvious line where the two met.

It always baffles me how to combine the two, and I'd really learn how to it better!

Also, I'd like to make my hair look softer and more natural (Reference first pic, made today)
I don't really like the hard lines as it never looks right to me.
Any tips for making my hair look more... Real?
