I haven't had an art shop in forever and I am only just getting back into it. I have no idea what to price it at. I'm thinking tier 2 but no idea on an actual price lol.

I'd say you're definitely Tier 2, for the piece above maybe start around 60k and see how fast your slots fill up, and if you're always getting lots of orders you can increase your prices
