Heya everyone
I am still new to art and by no means an educated artist however I do enjoy giving it a go. This is probably my best piece so far and I'm wondering if I can please get some feedback / tips please?

Hi! I would work on lighting, and sizing. When starting out art, I find it simpler to work on more minimalistic pieces to really master each skill as thoroughly as possible.
I'd start with focusing on body prep, lighting, and grounding, before jumping into markings, wings, and add-ons (although you did a nice job!). In this piece specifically, I found that the horse looks quite large in comparison to the background. See this piece.
Also when starting out with art, I try to either choose a horse with not a lot of details and a complex background or a simple background and a busy-looking horse. Other wise it can look chaotic. Blurring your background also helps! <3
