yeah I'm of the same mind honestly--you never know where the good ones are until you give 'em a little time to show it, although once you *have* a number of good horses then that raises the standard and you gotta keep the population down somehow. everyone's at a different point in their stable though so up to the individual to decide

Ive done art online before but its been awhile and is a first for this site. i found a free base of a horse that said i was allowed to make my own and resell, added my own mane and tail aswell as messed with a few things + colored. I found a random WWW without an avatar that this will be going to and am needing some critisisim aswell as any advice on how to make it better? Also wonding if anyone would buy stuff like this and what tier I would be considered?

I also used Ibis Paint

the mane and tail look great!, The water ripples are on point too!

This looks lovely! I would suggest some lighting and to blur the background (trees / hut) a little to keep the focus on the horse. I'd also add the horses reflection into the water. For Tier, I would say high 3 <3
