I have no idea for the stable sets but for the png avs I've been pricing mine at 5k mainly because they don't take long to make and I like to price my art roughly off of how long it will take me.

Horse avs I would say start off around the 30-40k mark and increase as your skills improve. The market for art is very large a the moment so its better to start off cheaper and go up as you gain support and skills :3

Also, auctions give you a good idea at how much your art is worth in the current market but in saying that, premades will most likely go for lower as they aren't custom made for a specific horse.
