I would say between 5k and 10k. Although I do believe that this art piece is not credited correctly. ;) Every piece of stock included in the art must be credited, including the background.

$10k-$25k as a suggestion, but you can always put something up for auction and see where it goes!

Just wanted to point out he used both stock peices from the same DA user hence whythe arr has only one credit on it :)
