honestly I'm just happy when they find a home instead of a freerange quest. (which i definitely don't blame people for, those quests can be so annoying)because some are pretty just not the right rating (for me)

No, I dont use that. I use Photopea, but I dont know if it works for phones.

My art partner uses Ibis though.

I use Ibis Paint and its amazing. It takes a bit to get used to but once you know how everything works its easy!
I then use gimp to resize images.
