If you DO download an app, I highly reccomend Krita<3 very similar to PS, completely free, and a TON of user-made brushes available for free ^^

I've used photopea before, as ibis doesn't support psd file format. I've only used it on mobile which is an adventure. Otherwise it is nicely set up and fairly easy to use. I am not familiar with the mechanics of Photoshop but it looks very similar. The only thing is it does not save if you leave the tah open. If the page refreshes your work will be gone, so make sure to look into a save feature or regularly back up the files. Good luck!
