How do you create GIF sets and avvies? I know that you create a series of frames, but what websites can you use? Are there any that are better than others?

I myself have used iloveimg.com to make gifs. Use the "Export From Jpg" to do so. If the images you are trying to join into a gif aren't jpg, that site also has a "Convert To Jpg" section.

I downloadeda gif maker, I make all the different things of where I want the moving object to be on ibispaint X, then I just add the images to it woht the gif maker and they show in a certain order, I can chose the speed I want them at. Pm me if this isn't clear :)

You can create an animated gif right in Photoshop without having to use an external website.
