yeah I'm of the same mind honestly--you never know where the good ones are until you give 'em a little time to show it, although once you *have* a number of good horses then that raises the standard and you gotta keep the population down somehow. everyone's at a different point in their stable though so up to the individual to decide

Hello, Im currently in Teir 4 and was wondering if i had a chance at Teir 3 arts, Also wondeing how much you would pay per peice? <3

most recent example:

Each peice takes me an average of 2-4 Hours.
I take Detailed research too find the exact bg's recommended by orders.
(example above is not a order and will be for auction once i learn the pricing)

I take all orders too heart and get them done, if i have issues on my part i make sure to PM them and explain and not just fully drop a order and say "Well im not doing it,"

I've been doing art for around 2 months, Hair has been my recent positive boost.

I would raise your prices some, I'd pay more than that for an art piece of yours
As for the tier, I'd say high tier 4/starting tier 3. Amazing works, Asteria <3
