I'd say Tier 3.

I would say 30-50k at first for a price, and either tier two or high tier three! I wouldn't know because I'm not an artist, but that's what I think!

I'd say Tier 3. 10K- 20K pricing.

I would say low tier 2. Your art is very nice, and there is definitely stuff you can work on. But i can't really see you in 3

Stay in high tier 3 for now, but once you've got lighting down I'd say move up to tier 2 :)
