But yeah, it's definitely worse to NOT have feedback or instructions. It sucks to think you're doing well then have the rug pulled out from under you because of someone else's mistake in communication. Being told how to do something you already know how to do is fairly annoying, but better than being left confused.

No instructions are the worst. I can have someone explain something I know to me all I want, just means I know it'll be done right cause maybe this one thing is different on this. And if it's not, free refresher and I feel confident in knowing my stuff. You have a higher probability of getting something wrong and fired from not getting instructions

Misty, are you sure about the wk 4,7 and 8, I dout that SSS can have all up in wk 4 or all 3s in wk 8

I cannot stand being told how to do something I know, especially when I'm actively doing the task lol, at least with the no instructions I can go ask someone for help when I need it

I once got in big trouble and was sort of fired(but "not fired") because of a situation they told me to treat a certain way. I did so, but they weren't satisfied, and gave me NO feedback before telling me to leave because I wasn't handling it appropriately. :')

Someone telling you to do something new with no instructions. I don't care to get in trouble for something that I had no idea was wrong. At least with being told things I already know I can just tune them out.

Deer can get pretty savage, when defending their fawns. It's that time of year.

@Penta
Its surprising how many jobs are actually like that and then get surprised when the task goes wrong lol

I'm loving this art thing, but there's one thing I hate. Recoloring. I've only done it once or twice now, but those were to bays. I try my hardest to find stock of the base color needed, but it will only get me so far, as buckskin stock is hard to come by, especially for commercial use.

Anyway, I'd like some help with it! I have this dark bay stock (love the pose) but I need to make it a buckskin. I've messed with the Hues and the Curves, but I can't quite get the look I want.

How do you guys recolor for buckskin?

May I ask what program you use? On photoshop I usually start by removing the colour from the horse using max brightness and minimum contrast under the 'Adjustments' tab. I'll repeat this until the coat is almost white but detail can still be seen easily. Then, I'll use a brush to paint on whatever colour I'm making the coat, then use a combination of different layer types, filtering through them until I find a good start. This is where I'll play around with curves, hues, and saturation until I am satisfied. I hope this will give you a hand!

Oh thank you! ^^ I'm using Medibang Paint Pro. It has some features that Ps does, but under different names. And, a lot of the fancier stuff is not there XD
