I am currently Tier 3 with my max prices at 50k. I recently learned to paint decent hair and do complex markings, so I am now considering changing my pricing/tier. I can paint and smudge hair, blend backgrounds, and do some color changes. I would greatly appreciate feedback and advice (both on the art in general and on pricing)! Examples (click for detail):
