Just wondering how to make the horse all Grey for a YHH? So it can be recolored easily, I use Affinity Photo but I also have Gimp.

Two ways, change the horse's layer to "greyscale" or tone the saturation all the way down. I do this before I add any other layers.

I would recommend keeping an original of the normal stock photo, all body prep and stuff done. And a copy of that layer with the saturation all gone. That's what I do and it works pretty well.
