Well, as the title say. I rather often see this on the frontpage art-showcasing. It's credited to HE still, ofcourse, as well as the editor. Are you allowed to do this?

Yes but the image has to be significantly changed in some way. And make sure to credit it to either HEE or horseeden.com as well as either your stable number or name
