Since round pens aren't a premium thing, I should think it would be allowed, but the horse has to train every day for quite a while to get benefit from a round pen. It only gains a couple percent training per day. Plus there's a training fee on top of owning the round pen, so you'd have to pay that. Plus there's a limit to how many horses you can train in the round pen every day, which means most people probably wouldn't be agreeable to that. |
