Hello! Some of you already know me^^ it's me Dark! I've been making art for a long time and unfortunately worked on a very old, laggy iPad. Now that I have a new iPad, I'm open to learning!! . I am open to criticism and help! I am also interested in: how much is it worth? Tier? . old art is in my gallery Edited at January 31, 2025 05:29 AM by Dark Conspiracy

Hi!!!! I LOVE this piece!!!!! I saw it on Imp's stable a few days ago and was just blown away. I adore the contrast and the lighting and the drama. It's truly stunning and I would totally steal it. I had to stare for a bit to find anything to critique haha!!! ❤️ A few little things: - Looking at the jewelry on the tail, the cuffs should be casting a very small shadow on the horse to illustrate that they're not just markings. Along the same point, the cuff closer to the base of the tail, there is hair growing out of it. Logically I think the hair would be trapped inside the cuff? So maybe erase the few strands there. And if I'm totally misinterpreting it and they are meant to be markings, please ignore lol
- As I mentioned, I adore the lighting. It makes it super dramatic and just gorgeous. The only spot I would adjust slightly is the chest/front shoulder. It seems unnaturally light when the direct light source is on the opposite side of the horse.
- Because the background is so vibrant and green, I think it would make sense to have a bit more of that color incorporated/cast onto the horse. However, for this piece it feels like more of a stylistic choice and would work either way.
- Last tiny thing, looking at where the tail docks to the horse's rump, I feel like the rump should be in front of the base of the tail. Meaning that there should be some sort of shading making a distinction between the two areas with shading rather than a direct connection. If this doesn't make sense I'd be happy to sketch what I mean.
Lots of love!!! ❤️

Okay haha!! I would suggest maybe making the tail markings less shiny then so they don't look quite so metallic but they're still super cool :D You're most welcome 🥰
