This is all on Autodesk Sketchbook, correct? I recognize the layout :)

Yep!! All on Autodesk. There is several airbrushes. I always use the tapered one. In the designer section I believe. Which happens to be in the same section as the finleine pen and digital brush which I use for hair painting ;)

Yep. Repainting is steps three and four. Step five is lowering opacity of the painted layer so you still have some definition and a reference for the muscles
