I love this! It's really good Fleur. A few little pointers By the ear and on some other parts of the body you can still see some of the background from the original stock. Try to cut it out as crisp and clean as you can. I love what you did with the front hoof but it doesn't match with the others so maybe if you also draw the others in? The mane and tail is really good but I would get a thinner brush thing and add in smaller, detailed highlights if ya get me :) Overall a really nice piece Edited at December 29, 2019 10:26 PM by Oak valley

Wow! Thus is really nice A couple of things I noticed There isn't really a tail? Or is there? xD I can't tell, I think there is but it's harder to see. It'd be nice to make it a bit more noticeable The eye looks a bit, I don't know how you put it, but dead? I'd try to brighten it a little and add in more detail so there is a more noticeable pupil. I really like this :) It's really good Edited at December 29, 2019 10:29 PM by Oak valley

Ooh this is real nice!! I love the shadow and the look of the piece. The tail is gorgeous but on the mane it's really thick then it goes into these straggly strands? So maybe next time gradually make it thinner and that. I'd also recommend libs eye tutorial for you, it is really helpful and simple! Great piece!

This is a great piece! For the horse itself where the legs meet the water I would use a very soft eraser and very lightly erase the ends of the legs then add ripples to the water to give it a little motion. Use several layers to make your mane and tail and I use GIMP so I use noise reduction to soften it then on the final layer use all the color to touch up where it needs to be and a soft brush then add highlights they would be a yellowish color for this background then smudge them VERY lightly, and play with the lighting a little bit and never forget shadows it's no big deal if you do but it helps make it a bit more realistic.

I like where this is going :) I agree there are more things that you could've done with it, maybe next time add a bit of a mane or practice eye techniques? If I were you I'd add some highlights. Especially into the tack, to make it atansc out and look nicer, maybe try blurring the horses body. That how I do it after I I cute it out. I select opacity and then blur the horses body, where there's more muscle, ie. The face, go down on a lower opacity. That hust gives it a nicer, smoother look :) Hope this helps

I'm not that great at lineart but I'll give it a go. I noticed that some of the lines are quite rough and overlap each other so try to smoothen them out. Maybe add more muscle to the horse next time. The eye is very good and I like the colours, just remember to clean it up afterward so it's not outside the lines. And that's just about what I can do xD

Thank you both! I will make sure to take in everything. :)
