If you are confident enough that you can fulfill all possible orders to the quality of the images posted I would say you are ready for Tier 1. :)

Pricing wise you can either do a large image and then do cuts how Jellos is doing it or you can work off the scale of the canvases.
to explain if I am commissioned for a horse avatar I work on a 1000x1000 canvas. If I'm doing a large Bio piece with multiple cuts I normally work on a 1080 or bigger.

Taking this into account. You can either charge a flat rate for your art if you are just interested in working on big pieces with say 25K for multiple cuts. I would value this at 150K with the customer getting the full sized image and then 1 cut. If they want any more additional cuts it's 25K per a cut.
Otherwise you can charge individually per a piece;

Horse Avatar - 120K

Stable Set - 130K

Bio Piece with Stable set cut from it - 160Kun

Moving forward I would like really like to see more sharper definition on facial definitions. It's quite smooth and for the grey for instance it looks like it has been airbrushed a step too far. Working on this and more thorough lighting on the horse to match the background you can easily add another 50K onto base prices.
