so I want to start and try to make my own art I just don't know what art app I should get on my computer. so if you use one and its awesome please post it here so can try it.

Photoshop trumps all programs honestly, but it's not free. I pay 10 USD a month for it. |

There is a free app called Pixlr you can get online or the app and its almost just like Photoshop. |

Gimp 2.8 is good if you need one for free if it doesn't let you use it on your computer try 2.10 |

Honestly having the opportunity to play with photoshop was amazing Unfortunately the exchange rate makes it a tad expensive for me so I use IbisPaint on my phone but if you're looking for a paid program for a free program I would say gimp |
