Hey guys, I tried to get my old Wacom bamboo create tablet (model CTH670) out to use again and I can't get it to turn on. I can't figure out what the problem is.
What tablets does everyone use? In case I need to trash this and get something new ;-;

Do you have any experience with other brands, or just Wacom? I absolutely love Wacom, but I'm not sure if I can afford one of their tablets right now... while also dying to make some stuff for my ponies haha Phantasm Farm said: wacom pro medium.

I have only used Wacom tablets but a good friend of mine has a Huion Tablet which works for him. I think they have a lot lower price range for tight budgets. :) he uses it for digital drawing. I would suggest looking at them if they suit your price range better.

I had a Huion tablet that I bought in desperation for cheap when one of my Wacoms stopped working. Don't ever get a Huion. Go with Wacom and if you take care of it, it'll last for years.

Thanks guys! I'm really hoping I just need a new cord for my Wacom. I last used it about a year ago and it's been in storage since, so I'm not sure what could have happened to it. They don't make this model anymore either :( I ordered a new cord and battery for it, fingers crossed that fixes it. I CAN drop $3-400 on a new Wacom.. but I'd rather not while I'm jobless because of covid haha

Huion doesn't have a click and drag feature. That was an absolute no go for me. I immedately returned it and bought a Wacom. There is a wacom that is only like $60-80 depending on where you get it, it is what I have. It is a nice small little tablet, I've had a few of them over the years.

thank you for the info, Jeri! I was afraid to get one of the smaller ones in case I didn't like it as much haha Jericho Stables said: Huion doesn't have a click and drag feature. I had an older version of what Jello has now. I liked it, but it was too big for me personally. I like the small one I have now.
