Contest entry for the Artist Anonymous. I really like how this one turned out, I'm surprised how much even. I'm now thorn between selling it or keeping it for myself even though I have no horse for it xD

Funny story: This one was completed like a week ago, but exactly when I was about to upload it I realized that the horse stock I used was for DA only, and not allowed off site. It was really dsheartening so I abandoned it for a while. Then I decided to try and recreate the pose of the original horse. For this I had to merge two horses together, but in the end I had a lot of fun with it. And now that I look back at both versions, I think this one even looks better than the original xD

This was also the first time where I created the background from scratch. Nobody takes pictures of the inside of a tornado, after all :,D

I don't usually post WIPs because I'm the type to finish everything in one sitting, but this time I only had enough energy to go halfway through. Aaaand the other reason is that I'm especially happy with how the horse came out, even though this was my first attempt at painting a black horse (much harder than any other color until now, believe me xD), but in the finished image most of the horse will be covered up by mane/tail and markings or fog. Plus, I feel like I haven't given an update about my starting with art in ages, so there's that as well x)
