Yes I always hire only AD riders. I only have one horse training in AD but even he is with an AD rider - though BM recently hired a Dressage rider for him which had other (AD) horses assigned. Glad I noticed it on time to switch to AD

Someone told me if I put all the horses i have to train all disciplines I can get rid of the riders that are for certain disciplines and pay less so I would make more

You can change training thru the barn manager.
I can see the need re-arranging. Some Xcountry riders are on dressage horses.
